NTT DATA receives efinance award for project with Santander

NTT DATA in Brazil, the innovative IT company, has won the Executivos Financeiros XII efinance award, in the retail banking category, for its work with the bank, Santander.

São Paulo, August 2013 - NTT DATA in Brazil, the innovative IT company, has won the Executivos Financeiros XII efinance award, in the retail banking category, for its work with the bank, Santander. Aiming to highlight key systems, solutions and applications for the financial sector, the award brings together projects completed by national and multinational companies across various segments.

NTT DATA’s project, called Pro More - Formal channels in customer service, allows a client to negotiate a transaction loan directly with the manager of his current account outside the bank and for it to be completed through a channel of his choosing, be that ATM, call center or internet banking. It is not necessary to go to the bank at any stage of the process.

NTT DATA has developed the entire functional and technical design solution, as well as the implementation of the System Loans at Santander, in conjunction with the technical lending team at Santander.
